Quality Specialty coffee
We buy and roast only specialty coffee beans that are ethically and sustainably sourced, where possible organic and in accordance with the Fairtrade system. We build good relationships with the farms from where we purchase our green beans.

eQUIPMENT SOLUTIONS
We provide complimentary loaned equipment to support the launch of your business. This includes a variety of items such as La Marzocco and Synesso coffee machines, Compak and Anfim coffee grinders, Silipo custom wind barriers and umbrellas, as well as uniforms, cups, mugs, and more.
FREE SHIPPING
You’ll receive your coffee fresh, in weekly batches and we’ll cover the shipping charges.
WE GOT YOUR QUANTITY COVERED
Over the years we have grown from roasting only a few hundred kilos of coffee per week to roasting tonnes of kilos per week. We are constantly upgrading to larger roasters and virtually no amount of coffee is too much for us.
UNIQUE PRICING
Our pricing is unique. We’re certainly not the cheapest nor do we strive to be the cheapest. This is because we only source high grade arabica specialty coffee beans and all our services are included in your quoted price. In other words, our pricing includes all costs such as deliveries, training, equipment, marketing materials, coffee machine and coffee grinder servicing to name a few.

TRAINING & EDUCATION
We hold the belief that well-educated partners lead to better coffee service. To simplify the process of serving excellent coffee, we offer thorough training to our partners. Our skilled educators are available to assist with a range of needs, from grasping the fundamentals of coffee to barista training and guided tours of the roastery.
Contract Roasting
With so many franchise systems now in the coffee space, contract roasting is what can set you apart! Silipo Coffee specialise in contract roasting (also known as cleanskin coffee) and we work hard behind the scenes in this area to help cafes and espresso bars to develop and grow their own blend of coffee and brand.
The first step is to contact us using the form below so we can arrange a meeting to discuss your coffee goals and to put a plan in place to help you achieve these goals.
We then source the green coffee beans which will be right for your signature coffee blend from ethical and sustainable farms from around the world with whom we are aligned. Small sample roasting is started, and we’ll do the cupping with you to see if the beans we have chosen are exactly what we were both striving towards. From there we will start blending the chosen beans to get the right proportion and flavours for your coffee blend.
This next step takes things up a notch by producing a 1kg roasted sample of your blend. We’ll age the coffee, test when the coffee peaks and see if all the flavours we chose are coming out in the sample, because a large part of blending is getting the right balance of body, sweetness and of course, flavour. We are so passionate that we don’t stop at this point, we’ll then go on to give your new coffee blend a run as milk coffee, espresso coffee and black coffee these being the main types of coffees ordered in Australia.
