Return Policy
Silipo Coffee will be more than happy to accept a return on a purchase provided the following conditions are met:
The return enquiry is made no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.
The customer has proof of purchase.
The item being returned shows no sign of use, wear or damage and is returned in the original packaging.
Any associated shipping costs for the return of an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Silipo Coffee will not offer a refund unless our refund policy guidelines are met.
Refund Policy
Silipo Coffee will offer a full refund on a purchase provided the following conditions are met:
The refund enquiry is made no later than 7 days after receipt of the order.
The customer has proof of purchase.
The item is physically faulty or damaged.*
The item returned is returned in its original packaging.
An incorrect item was shipped or does not match the product description and photos.
An item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering.
* The customer is entitled to have an item repaired under warranty where a warranty is applicable. Silipo Coffee will determine all warranty repairs on items.
Any associated shipping costs for the return of an item for refund will be the responsibility of the customer.

An order confirmation email is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
All orders are processed and despatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order and payment has been verified. You will receive another notification from our freight partner when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Bulky and heavy items in excess of 25kg to residential addresses may attract additional delivery charges. We endeavour to provide an accurate estimate for these deliveries, however, sometimes additional charges are incurred by our freight partners and passed on to us and in turn to you.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over the value of $75. Free shipping will be applied when you place your items in the cart. If you require express shipping and free shipping has been applied, please make a note of this in the Additional Delivery Info section when placing your order. We will calculate the express shipping costs and forward you an invoice for those costs. Your order will be despatched on receipt of payment of that invoice.
Delivery is usually between 2 and 7 business days after despatch of your order, subject to your location. Sometimes events occur out of our control and/or the control of our freight partners which may cause a delay in delivery time. Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally only domestically – anywhere in Australia.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If you enter a P.O. Box as your delivery address, your order will be shipped with Australia Post and subject to Australia Post’s shipping policy.
Freight Partners
We choose to use Aramex, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express and Australia Post.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
