Aya, the head roaster at Silipo Coffee, initially joined us through a recommendation from one of our machine technicians. Her unwavering dedication to excellence is evident in all her endeavors. Originally hailing from Japan and currently residing in Australia, Aya has developed a deep affection for her new home and the opportunities it presents. Transitioning from a skilled and professional barista, she has honed her skills to become a perceptive and highly proficient coffee roaster. Aya now leads the roasting team, actively seeking out the finest coffees and expertly showcasing them to their fullest potential. And indeed, she excels in this role.
